SHIPPING RATES

U.K Customers :
Free Shipping on orders over £150 | £8 shipping for orders under £150
Shipping prices will be automatically calculated and shown at the checkout.

International Customers :
International delivery charged at cost. Shipping prices will be automatically calculated and shown at the checkout.

For customers in the USA: we pay all US tariffs and duties for you. They are included in your price, so you will not be charged any additional tariffs or duties when your order arrives.

EU CUSTOMERS

Orders shipped to the EU are sent DAP (delivered at place). Your country's import VAT and your carrier's customs handling fee are charged to you on arrival by your local carrier, and are not included in the price you pay us. We do not receive any part of these charges and we are not able to set, reduce or refund them. If you are VAT registered, the import VAT is normally reclaimable on your VAT return.

DISPATCH TIMES

Our usual order dispatch time is 1-3 working days from the date of order confirmation or receipt of payment where payment is required before shipping.

At busy times of the year and for large orders this might be longer. We'll always let you know when you confirm your order.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Except where requested, all our wholesale orders are shipped from the U.K. with Royal Mail, UPS or DHL. You'll receive an email with your tracking number when your order is dispatched.

 

SHIPPING PACKAGING

All our wholesale orders are shipped in boxes that are 100% recyclable. Orders are shipped in second use packaging where possible, and where we ship in new, corrugated cardboard boxes the boxes contain an average of 76% recycled fibres. We seal our packages with recyclable paper tape with natural rubber adhesive.
