For customers in the USA - please note that you may be charged a 10% tariff and additional duties when your order arrives in your country. These charges are assessed by U.S. Customs upon arrival and are beyond our control. Where possible we ship with Royal Mail and include the cost of the tariff in your pre-paid shipping price.


DISPATCH TIMES

We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days.

All orders ship from the U.K.

We ship 9am-4pm Monday-Friday, excluding U.K. public holidays. If your order requires payment before shipping, our dispatch times are 2 working days from receipt of payment.

We're a tiny team so at busy times of the year and for large orders we may take a little longer to dispatch your order. We’ll always let you know as soon as possible if there are any unexpected delays with your order.

PACKAGING 

All our products are available with retail ready, recyclable packaging options.

At the checkout you'll be asked how you would like your greeting cards packaged; packaging-free (no sleeve, no sticker) or wrapped in biodegradable, clear sleeves.

Gift wrap sheets are sent packaging-free. Sheets are shipped rolled together with with protective shipping packing.

Art Prints are packaged with a recycled grey-board backing, information slip and biodegradable clear sleeve.

We're partnered with a female founded, eco-conscious fulfilment centre, so our orders are shipping out faster and with less impact on the environment than ever. All our wholesale orders are shipped in boxes that are 100% recyclable. Orders are shipped in second use packaging where possible, and where we ship in new, corrugated cardboard boxes the boxes contain an average of 76% recycled fibres. We seal our packages with recyclable paper tape with natural rubber adhesive. If you have any specific packaging requirements let us know when you order.



CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

All orders are firm sale unless they are faulty or damaged. We do our absolute best to make sure our products arrive safely but if any accidents or mistakes happen in transit let us know within 48 hours of receipt via email to hello@sisterpaperco.com

Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to make changes to your order. Please let us know of any changes within 24 hours of placing your order via email to hello@sisterpaperco.com



OUTLETS

Goods must be sold in the retail outlet agreed and may not be sold through any third party marketplaces such as Amazon, Facebook, Etsy or eBay etc. We are currently only accepting applications from brick & mortar retail locations.
